Fish are received from our partner farms and immediately inspected for health, weight, and consistency. Only fish meeting our raw material quality standards enter the processing facility. All intake is logged for full batch traceability.
Scaling is performed mechanically on dedicated equipment, followed by thorough washing with potable water to remove surface contamination.
Our processing lines handle whole round, WGS, and fillet processing simultaneously across multiple lines. Pin-bone removal, skinning, and deep-skinning capabilities allow us to process to any buyer specification. Each fillet is individually weight-graded before freezing.
Products are frozen within minutes of processing using our IQF tunnel and 2 Flat Belt Impingement Freezers (1,500 Kgs/hr each). Core temperature reaches –18°C or below before packaging — locking in freshness and extending shelf life to 24 months. Glaze application is calibrated to buyer specifications.
Finished product is held in our 1,500 MT cold storage facility at –20°C until dispatch. Container loading is conducted in a temperature-controlled loading bay, with product temperature verification at point of handover. Full documentation package provided with each shipment.

Our 1,20,000 sq. ft. main processing hall houses multiple dedicated lines for different product types — whole fish, WGS, and fillets — with independent cold rooms and sanitation stations separating each zone.
A continuous cold chain from intake to container means no product ever reaches ambient temperature after processing. This is reflected in the consistent quality and shelf life our buyers report from our shipments.
Processing capacity of 50 MT per day allows us to fulfil significant volume commitments while maintaining the quality controls our international buyers demand.
